RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.

RETURNS

Should you wish to return your item(s) bought through www.thesentenced.co.uk please note;

  • All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • All returned items must be in a new and unused condition with all of the correct packaging and tags attached. Returns not in the correct condition and with tags removed will not be refunded
  • We cannot accept returns that have been worn or used
  • We reserve the right to determine wether a garment is in its original, sale-able condition
  • Approved returns will be issued to the original payment method used upon purchase
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to show in your bank

  • Shipping charges and import fees cannot be refunded
  • SENTENCED. Reserves the right to refuse any items which do not meet our returns Policy requirements

EXCHANGES

Should you wish to exchange your item(s) bought through www.thesentenced.co.uk Please note;

  • All exchanges must be made within 28 days of delivery
  • All exchanges will be based on stock availability
  • We can only accept exchanges for items in the same style in a different size
  • If you wish you exchange for another style you must return the item for a refund and place a new order
  • In cases of a requested item being out of stock and outside of the 14 day returns window, we will no longer be able to issue a refund and will offer a sentenced. voucher for the full amount.
  • Exchanged items are shipped free of charge, domestically and internationally
  • Sentenced. Will notify once your once your return has been received and your new item has shipped

DAMAGED PACKAGING

Please take images of any damage to a SENTENCED. box before opening up the contents inside. Please send your claim to the courier used to deliver your order.

FAILED DELIVERY

Incase of an absence of receiver due to incorrect address information or the customer refuses to accept the parcel, the parcel will be returned to the SENTENCED. This will be at the expense of the customer. The customer will have to pay any shipping fees and import tax / duties owed upon return and the amount will be deducted from the total In case of an abandoned package, the customer will be charged any shipping and import fees, we will only hold your package for 30 days.
